Ale d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee m\u00e1m takovou hodn\u011b aktivn\u00ed a fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci, tak u\u017e chod\u00edm jenom plavat. Ale je to taky skv\u011bl\u00fd sport. A jako plav\u00e1n\u00ed mohu doporu\u010dit opravdu v\u0161em, proto\u017ee tady vlastn\u011b neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed anebo handicap. Pokud t\u0159eba m\u00e1te velkou obezitu a chcete n\u011bkter\u00e1 kila hodit a hled\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd sport vhodn\u00fd pro v\u00e1s, tak je to pr\u00e1v\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed plav\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee p\u0159i plav\u00e1n\u00ed v\u016fbec nemus\u00edte zat\u011b\u017eovat sv\u00e9 klouby anebo kosti, tak\u017ee va\u0161e t\u011blo v\u00e1m v tomhle ohledu alespo\u0148 pod\u011bkuje. Nav\u00edc plav\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159eba s n\u011bk\u00fdm je opravdu skv\u011bl\u00e9, proto\u017ee nejenom, \u017ee si prot\u00e1hnete svaly a cel\u00e9 t\u011blo, ale tak\u00e9 si p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b popov\u00edd\u00e1te. A j\u00e1 jsem aktivn\u00ed a\u00a0spole\u010densk\u00e1\u00a0a ned\u00e1m na sport opustit, proto\u017ee u\u017e bych se bez sportu asi neode\u0161la. Tak\u00e9 je logick\u00e9, \u017ee ten, kdo sportuje, tak m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1ladu a m\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed koordinaci. A pokud st\u00e1le hled\u00e1te je\u0161t\u011b ten\u00a0v\u00e1\u0161\u00a0nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u00a0sport, tak se nebojte klidn\u011b\u00a0zaj\u00edt\u00a0do posilovny. T\u0159eba jenom na\u00a0b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fd\u00a0p\u00e1s nebo na kolo. To v\u00e1s tak\u00e9 bude bavit. Hlavn\u00ed je, abyste se bavili a sport v\u00e1s\u00a0zaj\u00edmal.
